What does love feel like.

Imagine yourself jumping into the ocean, but with eyes Wide open. Saying bye to the paralians above land as you sail beneath the water. Imagine, falling to the bottom, like an anchor has been attached to your ankle. Feeling suffocated and engulfed at first, until you’ve relaxed each and every muscle in your body, settling yourself into the scene. Around you, you see a beauty you could only imagine. A plethora of sea creatures of all shapes and colors, hard bodies and soft alike. Some enormous like whales and some as small as seahorses. Toward your left you see things that you could only imagine in stories like mermaids and nymphs with mimp lips. Right before your very eyes, every thing you have ever thought to be nonexistent and childish laid across the perimeter starring you down. Soon enough you raise your hand to say hello, and your mouth barely parts. You forget where you are.

Surrounded by water with not even a miniscule amount of air. You look out for help but every glorious thing you’ve seen before, vanished in a blink of an eye, replaced by plague and pollution. You look above you, above the water and see the stars as your reality, for you were once a sabaist. Frantically you tear at the chain around your ankle, but your grip has only weakened. And slowly, your heart begins to stop, as your eyes begin to close. Soon, you drift off into sleep. 

You wake up, to only be washed up on the shores, left indysphoria. Dizzy and unwell. Confused and shaken. But it couldn’t be mistaken, at the whole left in your chest. And though you know better you still look out to the ocean, longing. Waiting for the right moment to jump back in. Why? You’re either confident or incompetent, daring or foolish.

Soon enough you’ll jump in, forgetting the rules and mistakes that came with it. The suffocation and fear. But little by little you learn how to swim.
